nd222 Terms & Conditions

2.1 — Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or use any Services offered by nd222. The Platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under 18 years old. nd222 implements age verification checks during the registration process and reserves the right to request supporting documentation (government-issued photo ID with date of birth) from any User at any time. If a User cannot confirm they are 18 or older, their Account will be suspended immediately and any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 — Geographic Eligibility

nd222 makes its Services available to players in jurisdictions where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited. Players are personally responsible for determining whether accessing nd222 is lawful in their country or territory of residence. nd222 does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that its Services are available or lawful in every location. Players from Restricted Jurisdictions who attempt to register or wager on nd222 do so in violation of these Terms and may have their Accounts closed with balances forfeited.

2.3 — Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one active Account on nd222 at any given time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited. nd222 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplication is confirmed, all associated Accounts may be suspended and pending withdrawals may be cancelled pending review.

3.1 — Registration Information

During registration, Players must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including their full legal name, date of birth, email address, and country of residence. nd222 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

3.2 — Account Credentials & Password Security

Upon registration, Players create a unique username and password combination. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. nd222 will never request a Player's password via any communication channel including email, live chat, or telephone. Players should:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via Google Authenticator where available.
• Log out of their Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] without delay.

3.3 — KYC Verification

nd222 may request KYC documentation from any Player at any point during the Account lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or if account activity triggers a review. Standard KYC documentation includes a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days). Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

4.1 — Accepted Deposit Methods

nd222 currently accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳200, no platform fee.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC-20 (minimum 10 USDT), USDT ERC-20, Bitcoin — no upper deposit ceiling.
• Bank Transfer: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank — minimum ৳500.

Deposit processing times vary by method. Mobile wallet deposits typically credit within seconds. Bank transfers process within 30–60 minutes during Bangladesh banking hours (9:00am–4:00pm BST). Cryptocurrency deposits credit after standard network confirmations.

4.2 — Withdrawal Requests

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time via the Account withdrawal panel. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. nd222 targets the following withdrawal processing timelines:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket: 1–4 hours from request approval.
• Bank Transfer: Within one business day during BST banking hours.
• USDT / Bitcoin: After standard blockchain network confirmations.

nd222 does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawal requests. Network fees applicable to cryptocurrency withdrawals are covered by nd222 up to standard blockchain transaction rates. nd222 reserves the right to perform KYC verification before approving any withdrawal request.

4.4 — Currency & Conversion

nd222 Account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to BDT at the market exchange rate prevailing at the time the deposit is confirmed on-chain. nd222 uses reputable third-party rate sources for conversion calculations. Players acknowledge that cryptocurrency exchange rates fluctuate and that the BDT value of a cryptocurrency deposit may differ from the value at the time the deposit was initiated.

5.1 — Wagering Requirements

All nd222 bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution percentages, and validity periods are published clearly in the individual offer terms. Players should read these terms carefully before claiming any bonus. nd222 does not alter bonus wagering requirements retroactively after a Player has accepted an offer.

5.2 — Bonus Eligibility

Bonus offers are available to eligible Players as specified in the individual offer terms. Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new Players making their first deposit. Subsequent reload and loyalty bonuses are available to active Players as defined in each promotion's terms. nd222 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotional offer at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of promotional abuse or manipulation.

5.4 — Modification & Withdrawal of Promotions

nd222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where an offer is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed it, the Player's existing bonus balance and progress toward wagering requirements will not be affected. No new claims will be accepted after an offer has been withdrawn. Seasonal promotions (BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, ICC tournaments) are time-limited and subject to the specific dates published for each campaign.

6.1 — Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on nd222 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. nd222 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet has been placed on an event that has already concluded, where a market price was displayed in error, or where there is evidence of attempted manipulation of market odds. Bets are only confirmed once a confirmation reference number is generated and displayed to the Player.

6.2 — Odds & Market Changes

Odds displayed on nd222 are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. For in-play (live) markets, odds may fluctuate rapidly in line with match events. nd222 uses real-time data feeds for live cricket, football, and other sports markets. nd222 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to review current odds prior to confirming a wager.

6.3 — Void Bets & Cancelled Events

nd222 will void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being reached within the timeframe specified in the relevant sport's rules. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Real Money Balance in full. In the case of partial voids within accumulator bets, the voided leg is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator is recalculated accordingly.

6.4 — Casino & RNG Games

All RNG-based casino and slot games available on nd222 use certified random number generation systems. Game outcomes are statistically independent, unpredictable, and cannot be influenced by the Player, nd222, or any third party. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Crash game results (including Aviator by Spribe) are determined by provably fair algorithms independently verifiable by the Player.

8.1 — Grounds for Suspension or Closure

nd222 may suspend or permanently close an Account where any of the following apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or account manipulation.
• A Player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A Player is found to be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• A chargeback or payment reversal is initiated against a deposit made to nd222.
• A Player has requested self-exclusion under nd222's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).

8.2 — Effect of Account Closure

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account wallet will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's most recently used payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and provided no outstanding investigation is pending. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure. nd222 will communicate the reason for closure where permitted by applicable law and internal policy.

8.4 — Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity). nd222 will send a reminder notification to the registered email address before applying dormant account status. Players with dormant accounts may reactivate their Account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements. nd222 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule, which will be communicated to Players prior to any deduction.
